Is there anywhere else I can purchase if items are out of stock?How long are items typically out of stock?

What happens if my order is lost?
If you believe that your order is lost, please reach out to contactus@mincetaliving.com.
Because we ship all orders via FedEx, if a package is lost or miss-delivered but marked as “delivered”, it is MINCETA’s policy to open an investigation and offer product replacements.
How can I return my order?
If you don’t like your MINCETA furniture within 30 days of receipt, please send us an email at contactus@mincetaliving.com. We’ll then walk you through the return process and provide you with return labels for each of the boxes.
